We are a family run business with over 40 years experience in the kitchen industry, our staff have extensive knowledge of the products shown on our web site and are available to give any assistance you may require in making your choice of kitchen sink and tap.

 

We started as a couple in a small showroom in Romiley, Stockport called Romiley Kitchen and bedroom centre, some 40 plus years ago, where we made and supplied fitted units as well as appliances. As our family and business grew, we expanded to Hazel Grove with a larger showroom on the A6. Eventually, with our daughter getting older and the family coming first and we moved our business to Poynton, Cheshire, where we concentrated on fitted kitchens and appliances as The Kitchen Centre. Mike would spend the day measuring up potential kitchens while Lynne would speak with customers and would draw up their dream kitchen in the showroom, continuing the high-quality customer service that has always been the main focus of our business. As times changed and so did our family, we changed our direction to solely online sales. In time we would narrow our product base to only kitchen sinks and taps, but still working with a number of suppliers. 

 

Seeking a quieter life and more space, in 2010 we moved to Anglesey in North Wales, a place that over the years had become home to us. We continued to run the business and offer the 5-star customer service that is associated with our names for the next 8 years. But in 2018 we noticed that our Blanco supplies were receiving the most attention, which was expected with the high-quality material and customer service that they offered, we made the decision to streamline our business to sell only Blanco products, a provider who we had been dealing with since 1983 So since then, we have focused on Blanco, a company that provides high-quality products for competitive prices. In 2020, our daughter was 33 she decided to join the family business and so the new website arises and the 5 star, high-quality customer service that is Sinkworld continues............
